Our Medical plan options offer you the flexibility to select the right health care coverage for you and eligible family members.


The dental plan provides access to in- and out-of-network providers, partial coverage for major dental work after deductible, and 100% covered preventative services such as exams, x-rays, two dental cleanings per year with no deductible.


RTON also offers a vison plan that allows participants to elect coverage for themselves and their eligible dependents.

Life Insurance

Life insurance includes company-paid core coverage for our employees. Optional life and accidental death coverage can be purchased for employees and /or their eligible dependents.


Short- Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability coverage is available for our employees.

Health Savings Account (HSA)

Participants in the High Deductible Health Plan are eligible to establish a Health Savings Account (HSA). Contributing to an HSA provides an opportunity to build a personal fund to pay for current and future qualified health care expenses — tax-free.

RTO offers a 401(k) savings and investment plan, designed to help participants accumulate wealth in a tax-effective manner. Contribute on a before-tax 401(k) basis or alternatively on an after-tax Roth 401(k) basis directly through payroll.

Paid time off (PTO) and holidays

Regular time away from work is essential for employees to recharge and renew. Employees get paid time off in addition to company paid holidays. RTON’s PTO program provides the flexibility employees need to manage time off in a way that works best for them. PTO allocation increases with years of eligible service.
