Refunds will be allowed only on payments greater than the remaining balance on the customer’s account.

Claims may only be filed against posted and settled transactions subject to dollar limits and subsequent verification, including providing all requested information supporting fraudulent use claim. For credit or debit card transactions, claims must be reported within 60 days of the statement. Claims reported and received during weekdays after 3 p.m. EST, on weekends or holidays, will not be eligible for next-day credit.
